Derrick Watts – Founder and President

I founded HGCEF to help Hawaii Golf Course employees who face financial hardship. Throughout my experience on the Hawaiian Islands, I have seen employees face the hardest challenges and sometimes they have little support from friends and family. My biggest goal is to help as many employees and families as possible through our charitable organization.
